Customer Reviews
Value on the gift tower
I bought one of their Christmas gift towers during a seasonal clearance. I was looking for a good deal for a client gift. I found a 20% off code online, which made a big difference in the final price. The tower had a nice assortment, including some chocolate truffles and dried fruit. For what I paid, I felt it was a very good value. It arrived on time and looked impressive. Definitely worth checking for deals if you're thinking of buying from here.
Good gift, some delivery issues
I ordered a gourmet gift basket for my sister's birthday, which included Royal Riviera Pears and Moose Munch popcorn. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the option to schedule a specific delivery date. The basket itself looked great and she said the contents were fresh and tasty, especially the pears. However, the delivery tracking was a bit off; it showed as 'out for delivery' for two days before it actually arrived, which caused some confusion. I contacted customer service through their chat feature, and they were polite and looked into it for me, though they didn't have much more info than the tracking itself. Overall, the quality of the products was high and the gift was well-received, but the delivery communication could use some improvement.
Moose Munch hit the spot
Got some Moose Munch popcorn last week. It was super yummy, just like I remembered from years ago. My order came pretty fast, like four days to reach me in California. I was happy with it, nothing complicated. Would totally get it again when I want a snack.
Consistent quality, reliable service
I've ordered from Harry and David multiple times over the years, mostly for holiday gifts. This last time, I sent a birthday gift basket to my aunt. Just like previous orders, everything was packaged well, and it arrived exactly when I had scheduled it to. The quality of their fruit and snacks is always consistent. I keep coming back because I know I can count on them for reliable delivery and good products, which is important for sending gifts to family.
Loved the pears!
I just received my Royal Riviera Pears and they are fantastic! So juicy and sweet. The box arrived in perfect condition and the pears were ripe but not squishy. I'm so glad I ordered them! I'm going to tell all my friends about these. Will definitely be buying more from Harry and David, maybe a fruit club next time!
Fast delivery, good pears
Ordered Royal Riviera Pears. They arrived quickly. Pears were fresh and tasted great. Happy with the purchase.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Thinking of sending some of those pears for my mom's birthday. Does anyone know if they let you pick a specific delivery date or is it just whenever they get around to it?
Are the Royal Riviera Pears really that much better than regular grocery store pears? Wondering if the hype is real or if I'm just paying for the name.
